All orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. are dispatched within 24-48 working hours excluding public holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
No order is processed and shipped the day before and on public holidays.

Customs UK and Countries outside of European Union
Uk is no longer part of European Union so goods pass by customs
The fee for customs is beared by the customer.
Customs fee must be paid prior to delivery. You receive this information by email or by letter
You can also contact DPD about it
Dpd will not deliver the parcel if this costs are not paid
In case of return of the goods because these costs were not paid then we willl deduct the shipping costs from the refund and the costs from declining to pay the goods ( 40 € ) and also the return fee ( 90 €)
Return
The customer must make to the company Sabelle cosmetics the same day of delivery or at the latest the first working day following delivery, any claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in nature or quality in relation to as indicated on the order form.
Products purchased in our showroom or sold by one of our representatives are neither returned nor exchanged nor refunded.
Reduced price items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items that have already been opened/used/damaged are neither returned nor exchanged.
Any return must be reported in advance to the Customer Service of the company Sabelle cosmetics in order to reduce processing time, by telephone on +32/2 672 99 16 from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by email 24 hours a day from all countries delivered to sales@www.sabellecosmetics.com
We remind you that to return an item, simply follow the following instructions:
1. Pack the product(s) carefully.
2. Indicate the returned product(s) on the Delivery Note.
